Wyoming New Air Conditioner Installation Service

A traditional home comfort system has two parts: an indoor unit, such as a furnace or air handler, and an outdoor unit, also known as a condensing unit. An air conditioner is an outdoor unit that cools air and sends it to the indoor unit for circulation throughout your home.

Indoor and outdoor units are designed to work together. When the air conditioner is properly matched with the furnace/evaporator coil or air handler, along with properly sized ductwork, you then get a central air conditioning system that provides maximum efficiency, total comfort, and longer system life.

Choosing Your Air Conditioner

Selecting an air conditioning system is an important decision and a large investment, but fortunately, it should pay for itself over time through energy savings. Over how much time? That depends on the type of air conditioning system you choose. Air Butler Heating and Cooling is proud to offer our clients the most energy‐efficient A/Cs available.

TYPES OF CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEMS

There are two primary central air conditioner system configurations: a split system and a package system. A split system includes an outdoor metal cabinet, which contains the condenser and compressor, and an indoor cabinet, which contains the evaporator coil. The outdoor cabinet is located next to the home, and the evaporator coil is located inside the house, above or near the air handler unit (furnace or blower). The indoor components may be located in a crawlspace, basement, attic, or closet. In split systems, the outdoor and indoor units must be properly matched in order to achieve their efficiency rating.

In a package system, all of the mechanical parts are housed in one cabinet, typically located outside the house. Air Butler Heating and Cooling provides high-quality, professional air conditioning installations, air conditioning replacements, air conditioning repairs, air conditioning maintenance, and related services.
